I always think that there's always a little extra love in vintage religious medals with the finish worn off. That's why this pendant is one of my favorites. 

Jesus holding his sacred heart is mounted on antique rhinestone brooch and all is layered on  antique brass filigree embellishment. The rhinestones are all clear and sparkly and the medal reads "O Mi Jesu Misericordia"; loosely translated from Latin means " Oh, my Jesus have mercy."
