Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes. All of our jewelry is handmade by us in our studio. You will not find our jewelry in any other shop or website. Purchasing through our website, insures that you're getting authentic Mallory et Cie jewelry.
When will my order be ready to ship?
Most items on our website are in stock and can be shipped within 2 working days of your order. You should receive these items within 3-10 days, depending on where you live.
Will my order be insured when shipped?
We use USPS First Class shipping on most items unless otherwise requested. USPS First Class packages are not insured. To get a quote for insurance on your package, please contact us at info@malloryetcie.com and we will be happy to assist you. First Class is however; trackable and all packages will include tracking to confirm that they have been delivered to their intended destination.
What are my shipping options?
We offer standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You may; however, request overnight, Priority or insurance at an additional cost. Please reach out to us with your shipping request before placing your order.
Can I get my order faster?
If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, not all items are ready to ship. We are happy to work with you to get a quicker turnaround if possible. Please email info@malloryetcie.com for expedited requests.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. All of our jewelry is 100% guaranteed. If you simply need a jewelry repair, please send your Mallory et Cie jewelry to us at any time. At no charge to you, we will repair and mail back your jewelry within 10 days of receipt (unless parts need to be ordered or are no longer available.) Please mail your item for repair to the mailing address below with a $5 check/cash to cover return shipping. Make sure you include your return address, phone number, email address and any information that may help us repair the item, i.e. clasp is broken, loose stones, etc.
