Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes. All of our jewelry is handmade by us in our studio near Round Top, TX.
When will my order be ready to ship?
Some pieces are in stock and can be shipped within 2 working days of your order. You should receive these items within 5-10 days, depending on where you live. We generally ship via USPS, Priority Mail, but this may differ at times.
Customized items are made to order. These items can be expected to ship 5-7 days after purchase.
Some of our pieces, like oval quote pendants, are much more labor intensive. These items will be shipped 10-14 days after ordering. If you should need faster shipping (i.e. overnight), please email us and let us know. We can quote you expedited shipping for your items.
Will my order be insured when shipped?
Yes, up to $50.00 insurance is included with standard shipping. We use USPS Priority Shipping. To purchase additional insurance, please contact us at info@malloryetcie.com and we will be happy to assist you.
What are my shipping options?
We offer standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail, so your shipment can be insured (up to $50.00) and tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Can I get my order faster?
If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, not all items are ready to ship. We are happy to work with you to get a quicker turnaround if possible. Please email info@malloryetcie.com for expedited requests.
How do customized orders work?
If you are making a customized order, please follow the instructions on the product page as to what information you will need to include upon checkout. An email address will be required to make any custom order, as a proof of your custom order will be emailed to you before production can begin.
PLEASE NOTE: Customized orders are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. If the item is defective upon arrival, or does not conform to the approved proof, we will provide a replacement and pay for return shipping costs. Please contact us for a replacement by emailing info@malloryetcie.com.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. All of our jewelry is 100% guaranteed. If you simply need a jewelry repair, please send your Mallory et Cie jewelry to us at any time. At no charge to you, we will repair and mail back your jewelry within 10 days of receipt (unless parts need to be ordered or are no longer available.) Please mail your item for repair to the mailing address below with a $5 check to cover return shipping. Make sure you include your return address, phone number, email address and any information that may help us repair the item, i.e. clasp is broken, loose stones, etc.
