FAQ

Is your jewelry handmade?

Yes. All of our jewelry is handmade by us in our studio.  You will not find our jewelry in any other shop or website. Purchasing through our  website, insures that you're getting authentic Mallory et Cie jewelry.

 

When will my order be ready to ship?

Most items on our website are in stock and can be shipped within 2 working days of your order. You should receive these items within 3-10 days, depending on where you live. 

 

Will my order be insured when shipped?

We use USPS First Class shipping on most items unless otherwise requested. USPS First Class packages are not insured. To get a quote for insurance on your package, please contact us at info@malloryetcie.com and we will be happy to assist you. First Class is however; trackable and all packages will include tracking to confirm that they have been delivered to their intended destination.

 

What are my shipping options?

We offer standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You may; however, request overnight, Priority or insurance at an additional cost. Please reach out to us with your shipping request before placing your order.

 

Can I get my order faster?

If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, not all items are ready to ship. We are happy to work with you to get a quicker turnaround if possible. Please email info@malloryetcie.com for expedited requests.

 

Do you offer repairs?

Yes. All of our jewelry is 100% guaranteed. If you simply need a jewelry repair, please send your Mallory et Cie jewelry to us at any time.  At no charge to you, we will repair and mail back your jewelry within 10 days of receipt (unless parts need to be ordered or are no longer available.) Please mail your item for repair to the mailing address below with a $5 check/cash to cover return shipping. Make sure you include your return address, phone number, email address and any information that may help us repair the item, i.e. clasp is broken, loose stones, etc.

Do you take returns or exchanges?

Mallory et Cie accepts the return of unworn or defective items, excluding customized orders. Should you decide to return your purchase, a return can be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your item, a full refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or a store (online) credit may be issued at your request. You must include your proof or purchase and your item(s) must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.
You may also exchange an item within 14 days of your original purchase. Items returned for exchange must be returned to us unworn, in the condition it was purchased, along with proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping, so if your item is valued at more that $50, we encourage you to use traceable shipping methods to ensure your item is received.  Exchange items will only be shipped once the original purchase has been returned to Mallory et Cie.

Do you sell wholesale?

Currently, Mallory et Cie sells direct to our customer base. However, we are are working on a new line of jewelry that will be offered at wholesale prices to qualified stores.  If you're interested in purchasing at wholesale, please email us your contact info, company name, address, yearly sales volume and types of products you are currently selling.  We will get back to you and discuss our wholesale program.
